What's included in The Company Conference Package ?

• Return Flights
• Golf at the championship course Golf du Medoc with buffet lunch and wines and coffee
• Wine tasting and visit of a chateau with wine alliance meal
• Conference facilities including the room, overhead projectors, water bottles and inclusive coffee breaks
• Buffet breakfast
• Gastronomic dinners with wines to compliment each course
• 1 nights accommodation at a luxury Chateau
• Chauffeured travel to and from airport, golf courses and châteaux


PROPOSED TRAVEL ITINERARY

DAY 1

Depart: London Gatwick AM
Arrive: Bordeaux
Transfer: Bordeaux Airport - Margaux
Accommodation: Elegance of eight rooms in your own private Grand Cru Classe Chateau
Conference: Half day conference package including, the meeting room equipped with flipchart,
paper board, water bottles on the table and coffee breaks
Visit: Visit the estate, cellars and winery (the most modern in the Médoc)
followed by a tasting session on a number of vintages
Reception: Champagne and foie gras canapés reception on the summer lawns
Dinner: A gastronomic 5 course haute cuisine dinner will be served
with complementing wines from the famous estate



DAY 2

Morning: Breakfast in the dining room
Golf: Golf on the par 71 and 6316m championship course- Les Chateaux at Golf du Médoc
Lunch: Lunch will be served in the panoramic restaurant at Golf du Médoc with wines and coffee included
Transfer: Le Taillan Médoc – To Bordeaux Airport
Departure: Bordeaux PM
Arrives: Gatwick
